1.The hotel day starts at 4:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
2.Breakfast from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the restaurant hall.
3.Spa is open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, please register at the Spa reception to use the jacuzzi and sauna.
4.The renting guest and their companions are required to present an identification document with a photo to the Reception staff for check-in. If the guest refuses to present a document in a manner that allows for check-in, the reception staff is obliged to refuse to issue the room key.
5.Villa Martini reserves the right to require payment in advance for services ordered at the hotel. In case of refusal by the guest, the receptionist is obliged to refuse to issue the room key.
6.The guest consents to the processing of personal data for check-in purposes and for storing the guest's data in Villa Martini records in accordance with the law.
7.A request to extend the hotel stay beyond the indicated period upon arrival must be reported to the Reception by 9:00 AM on the day the rental period expires.
8.Staying in the room or leaving belongings after 11:00 AM is considered an extension of the stay. If the guest leaves the room after 11:00 AM, the reception’s computer program will charge for an additional day of room rental at full prices. If extending the stay is not possible, the staff of Villa Martini will remove all the guest's belongings from the room and store them until picked up by the room renter.
9.Unregistered persons may stay in Villa Martini room from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
10.Staying of unregistered persons in the Villa Martini room after 10:00 PM is equivalent to the renting guest's consent for additional paid accommodation of those persons in the room.
11.During the entire stay at the hotel, children under 13 years old must be under constant care and supervision of adults. Legal guardians are responsible for children's behavior, including any damage and/or harm caused.
12.In Villa Martini, including balconies, rooms, and bathrooms - smoking cigarettes and tobacco products is completely prohibited.
13.Allowance of the smell of cigarette smoke or other tobacco products in the Villa Martini room is equivalent to the renter's consent to cover the costs of deodorizing the room in the amount of 900 PLN.
14.Villa Martini does not accept pets.
15.Villa Martini does not have a guarded parking lot but offers paid parking spaces. The fee for purchasing a parking space is 70 PLN gross for one hotel day. Villa Martini is not responsible for any damage or destruction caused by third parties in the parking area.
16.Villa Martini enforces a quiet time from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
17.Villa Martini reserves the right to organize events after 10:00 PM with prior notice presented to the guests.
18.The renting guest at Villa Martini is obliged to familiarize themselves with the room's equipment and maintain it in an undamaged state. The guest is fully materially and legally responsible for any damage or destruction of hotel equipment and appliances caused by themselves or their visitors.
19.Due to fire safety, the use of the following in Villa Martini rooms and other areas is prohibited:
a) heaters and other electrical devices that are not part of the room's equipment. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for RTV and computers,
b) open flames in any form.
20.In the event of a fire alarm and its consequences, including but not limited to the evacuation of the building due to the actions of a Villa Martini guest - the guest bears the costs of the evacuation action, restoring Villa Martini to its operational state before the evacuation, as well as any claims from third parties, if those claims arise in connection with the fire alarm and its consequences.
21.Each time leaving the room, the guest is obliged to close the doors and windows and ensure that they are closed so that access to the room by third parties is not possible.
22.Villa Martini is not liable for damage or loss of items due to leaving a window open or improperly closed doors to the room by the renting guest.
23.Villa Martini's liability for loss or damage to items brought by the guest is regulated by the provisions of Articles 846-849 of the Civil Code. Villa Martini's liability is limited if these items are not deposited at the reception. Villa Martini has the right to refuse to accept for safekeeping money, securities, and valuable items, particularly valuables and items of scientific or artistic value, if they pose a threat to safety or are of too high value relative to the size or standard of Villa Martini, or take up too much space.
24.Personal items left in the room by the departing guest will be sent back at their expense, to the address indicated by them. If such instructions are not received, Villa Martini will keep these items for 3 months, and then donate them for charitable purposes, for public use, or dispose of them.
25.In case of violation of these regulations, Villa Martini may refuse to continue providing services to the person who violates them.
26.Bed linen is changed once a week. Additional changes at the guest's request are charged at 50 PLN/set.
27.Towel changes occur every third day. Additional changes at the guest's request are at an extra charge of 20 PLN/set of towels.
28.I declare that I have read the regulations of the facility and accept them.
29.I declare that I am the guardian of a minor child staying with me in the Villa Martini facility.
