CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

If agreed that the Guest has the right to withdraw from the contract by a specified deadline without incurring costs (according to the offer chosen by them), the right of withdrawal also applies to the property within the same deadline.
The Guest and the property (hereinafter referred to as the parties) are not liable for damages, non-performance, or improper performance of the service if that non-performance or improper performance is a result of a force majeure event. Force majeure refers to an event or a combination of events or circumstances beyond the control of the Parties that fundamentally hinders or prevents the performance of obligations of a given Party arising from the Agreement, which the given Party could not foresee or prevent or overcome through actions with due diligence. In the event of a force majeure situation, the Party affected by the force majeure must immediately inform the other Party of the occurrence of force majeure. If, due to the force majeure, the provision of services is impossible, the Party affected by the force majeure may withdraw from the contract with immediate effect.
The hotel may also withdraw from the contract with immediate effect in the event of:
1. the occurrence of other circumstances for which the hotel is not responsible and which prevent the execution of the Agreement or hinder the proper performance of the Agreement,
2. the inability to guarantee suitable accommodation or facilities for organizing an event due to other events concerning the hotel.
