CANCELLATION POLICY

If it is agreed that the Guest has the right to withdraw from the contract within a specified period without incurring costs (according to the offer chosen by them), the property also has the right to withdraw within the same period.
Neither the Guest nor the property (hereafter referred to as the parties) are responsible for damage, failure to perform, or improper performance of services if such failure or improper performance is the result of force majeure. Force majeure means an event or combination of events or circumstances beyond the control of the parties that significantly hinders or prevents the performance of obligations under the Agreement which the party could not foresee or prevent or overcome with due diligence. In the event of force majeure, the party affected shall immediately inform the other party. If service performance is impossible due to force majeure, the affected party may immediately withdraw from the contract.
The hotel may also immediately withdraw from the contract in case of:
1. other circumstances beyond its control preventing contract fulfillment or proper performance,
2. inability to guarantee appropriate accommodation or facilities for event organization due to other hotel-related incidents.
