CANCELLATION POLICY
If it is agreed that the Guest has the right to withdraw from the contract within a specified period without costs (according to the offer chosen), the same right to withdraw also applies to the facility during that same period.
Neither the Guest nor the facility (also referred to as parties) is responsible for damage, non-performance, or improper performance of the service, in case such non-performance or improper performance results from force majeure. Force majeure is understood as an event or a combination of events or circumstances beyond the control of the Parties, which essentially hinder or prevent the fulfillment of obligations arising from the Agreement, which the Party could not foresee or prevent or overcome by exercising due diligence. In case of force majeure, the Party affected shall immediately inform the other Party. If services cannot be carried out due to force majeure, the affected Party may withdraw from the contract with immediate effect.
The hotel may also withdraw from the contract with immediate effect in case of:
other circumstances for which the hotel is not responsible, preventing the performance or proper performance of the Agreement,
inability to guarantee proper accommodation or event facilities due to other hotel-related events.
