CANCELLATION POLICY
- If it is agreed that the Guest has the right to withdraw from the contract within a specified period without costs (according to the selected offer), the facility also has the right to withdraw within the same period.
- The Guest and the facility (also referred to as the parties) are not liable for damage, non-performance, or improper performance of the service if such results from force majeure. Force majeure means an event or combination of events or circumstances beyond the control of the parties that substantially hinder or prevent the fulfillment of obligations arising from the Agreement and which the party could not foresee or prevent despite due diligence. In case of force majeure, the affected party is obliged to immediately inform the other party. If the services cannot be performed due to force majeure, the affected party may withdraw from the contract with immediate effect.
- The hotel may also withdraw immediately in the event of:
- other circumstances for which the hotel is not responsible which prevent or hinder proper contract performance,
- the inability to secure appropriate accommodation or facilities for the event due to other hotel-related events.
