CANCELLING RESERVATIONS

• If it is agreed that the Guest has the right to withdraw from the agreement within a specified period without incurring costs (according to the offer chosen by them), the right to withdraw is also granted to the establishment within the same period.
• The Guest and the establishment (hereinafter referred to as the parties) are not responsible for damage, non-performance or improper performance of the service, in case such non-performance or improper performance is a result of a force majeure event. Force majeure is understood as an event or a combination of events or circumstances beyond the Parties' control, which fundamentally hinder or prevent the performance of obligations of the given Party arising from the Agreement, and which the given Party could not have predicted or prevented, or overcome by acting with due diligence. In the event of force majeure, the Party affected by the force majeure event is obliged to promptly inform the other Party of the occurrence of force majeure. If, due to the force majeure event, the performance of services is impossible, the Party affected by the force majeure may withdraw from the agreement with immediate effect.
• The hotel may also withdraw from the agreement with immediate effect in the event of:
  1. the occurrence of other circumstances for which the hotel is not responsible that prevent the performance of the Agreement or hinder the proper performance of the agreement,
  2. the inability to guarantee appropriate accommodation or facilities for organizing an event due to other events concerning the hotel.
