CANCELLATION POLICY

• If it has been agreed that the Guest has the right to withdraw from the contract within a specified period without incurring any costs (according to the offer chosen by them), the right to withdraw also applies to the property within the same period.
• The Guest and the property (also referred to as the parties) are not liable for damage, non-performance, or improper performance of the service if the non-performance or improper performance is the result of a force majeure event. Force majeure means an event or combination of events or circumstances beyond the control of the Parties, which substantially hinders or prevents the performance of obligations of a Party resulting from the Agreement, and which the Party could not foresee or prevent or overcome through due diligence. In the event of force majeure, the Party affected is obliged to immediately inform the other Party of the occurrence of the force majeure. If the provision of services is impossible due to force majeure, the affected Party may withdraw from the contract with immediate effect.
• The hotel may also withdraw from the contract with immediate effect in the event of:
  1. other circumstances for which the hotel is not responsible that prevent the execution or proper execution of the Agreement,
  2. the inability to guarantee suitable accommodation or event facilities due to other hotel-related events.
