CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS

• If it is agreed that the Guest has the right to withdraw from the contract within a specified period without incurring any costs (in accordance with the offer selected by them), the right to withdraw also applies to the property within the same period.
• Neither the Guest nor the property (also referred to below as the parties) is liable for damage, failure to perform, or improper performance of the service, if such non-performance or improper performance results from an event of force majeure. Force majeure means an event or a combination of events or circumstances independent of the Parties that substantially hinder or prevent a Party from performing its obligations under the Contract, and which that Party could not reasonably foresee, prevent, or overcome by acting with due diligence. If a force majeure situation occurs, the Party affected must promptly inform the other Party of the occurrence of force majeure. If, due to force majeure, the provision of services is impossible, the Party affected by force majeure may withdraw from the contract with immediate effect.
• The hotel may also withdraw from the contract with immediate effect in the event of:
  1. the occurrence of other circumstances for which the hotel is not responsible, and which prevent performance of the Contract or proper performance of the contract,
  2. inability to guarantee suitable accommodation or facilities for organizing an event due to other events concerning the hotel.
