CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS

• If it is agreed that the Guest has the right to withdraw from the contract within a specified period without incurring costs (according to the offer selected by them), the right to withdraw also applies to the facility within the same period.
• The Guest and the facility (hereinafter also referred to as the parties) are not liable for damage, non-performance, or improper performance of the service if such non-performance or improper performance results from a force majeure event. Force majeure means an event or combination of events or circumstances beyond the control of the Parties that essentially hinder or prevent the performance of obligations of the Party resulting from the Agreement, which the Party could not foresee or prevent or overcome by acting with due diligence. In the event of force majeure, the Party affected must immediately inform the other Party of the occurrence of force majeure. If due to force majeure the provision of services is impossible, the Party affected may withdraw from the agreement with immediate effect.
• The hotel may also withdraw from the agreement with immediate effect in case of:
  1. occurrence of other circumstances for which the hotel is not responsible that prevent the execution of the Agreement or proper performance of the agreement,
  2. inability to guarantee appropriate accommodation or facilities for organizing an event due to other events concerning the hotel.
