RESERVATION CANCELLATION
- If agreed that the guest has the right to withdraw from the contract within a specified time without incurring costs (according to the chosen offer), the right to withdrawal also applies to the property within the same period.
- The guest and the property (also referred to as the parties) are not liable for damage, non-performance or improper performance of the service, when such non-performance or improper performance results from force majeure. Force majeure means an event or combination of events or circumstances independent of the parties that fundamentally hinder or prevent fulfilling obligations of the party arising from the agreement, and which the party could not foresee or prevent or overcome with due diligence. In the event of force majeure, the affected party is obliged to immediately inform the other party of the occurrence. If due to force majeure the service cannot be performed, the affected party may withdraw from the contract with immediate effect.
- The hotel may also withdraw from the contract with immediate effect in case of:
- other circumstances beyond the hotel's responsibility that prevent performance or proper performance of the agreement,
- inability to guarantee appropriate accommodation or event facilities due to other hotel-related incidents.
