• We inform that due to the epidemic situation, the facility reserves the right to suspend or limit services that would increase the risk of Guests and staff contracting COVID-19. At the same time, we point out that due to the necessity to comply with current laws and the guidelines of the Chief Sanitary Inspector, service provision may be impossible for these reasons.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• If it is agreed that the Guest has the right to withdraw from the contract within a specified period without costs (according to the selected offer), the facility also has the right to withdraw within the same period.
• The Guest and the facility (also called parties) are not liable for damage, non-performance, or improper performance of service if this is due to force majeure. Force majeure means an event or combination of events or circumstances beyond the Parties’ control that substantially hinder or prevent the Party’s obligations under the Agreement and which the Party could not foresee, prevent, or overcome with due care. In the event of force majeure, the affected Party must immediately inform the other Party. If force majeure makes service provision impossible, the affected Party may withdraw from the contract with immediate effect.
• The hotel may also withdraw from the contract with immediate effect in case of:
  1. other circumstances not attributable to the hotel preventing the execution or proper execution of the Agreement,
  2. inability to guarantee appropriate accommodation or facilities for the event due to other hotel-related events.
