CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS

• If the Guest may withdraw within a specified period without costs (per the selected offer), the property’s right to withdraw also applies in the same period.
• The Guest and the property (hereinafter jointly referred to as the parties) are not responsible for damage, failure to perform, or improper performance of a service if such failure or improper performance results from an event of force majeure. Force majeure means an event or a combination of events or circumstances beyond the parties’ control that substantially hinders or prevents a party from performing its obligations under the Agreement, which that party could not foresee or prevent or overcome by acting with due diligence. If force majeure occurs, the party affected by it must promptly inform the other party. If, due to force majeure, the provision of services is impossible, the party affected by force majeure may withdraw from the agreement with immediate effect.
• The hotel may withdraw immediately in the event of:
  1. other circumstances for which the hotel is not responsible, which prevent performance of the Agreement or proper performance of the Agreement,
  2. an inability to guarantee suitable accommodation or facilities to organise an event due to other events related to the hotel.
