• Please be advised that the hotel has the right to suspend or limit the services provided due to the epidemic situation, which would otherwise increase the risk of guests and staff for COVID-19. At the same time, we would like to point out that, taking into account the need to adapt to the current legal regulations and the guidelines of the Chief Sanitary Inspector, the provision of services may be impossible for these reasons.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING

• Suppose it is agreed that the Guest has the right to withdraw from the contract within a specified period of time, without incurring costs for it (in accordance with the offer that he has chosen). In that case, the hotel also has the right to withdraw from the contract within the same period of time.
• Both the Guest and the hotel (also hereinafter referred to as the parties) are not responsible for damage, non-performance, or improper performance of the service if non-performance or improper performance is a consequence of a force majeure event. Force majeure shall be understood as an event or combination of events or circumstances beyond the control of the Parties, which essentially hinder or prevent the performance of the obligations of a particular Party under the contract, and which a particular Party could not have foreseen, prevented or overcome by acting with due diligence. In the event of force majeure, the Party affected by the force majeure event is obliged to immediately notify the other Party of the occurrence of force majeure. If the performance of the services is impossible due to force majeure, the Party affected by the force majeure may withdraw from the contract with immediate effect.
• The hotel may also withdraw from the contract with immediate effect in the event of:
1. the occurrence of other circumstances for which the hotel is not responsible and which prevent the performance of the contract or prevent the proper performance of the contract
2. the inability to guarantee adequate accommodation or facilities for the organization of the event due to other events related to the hotel.
