CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

• If it is agreed that the Guest has the right to withdraw from the agreement within a specified period without incurring costs (according to the offer chosen by them), the right to withdraw is also granted to the establishment within the same period.
• The Guest and the establishment (hereinafter referred to as the parties) are not liable for damage, non-performance, or improper performance of the service if such non-performance or improper performance is a result of force majeure. Force majeure means an event or a combination of events or circumstances that are independent of the Parties, which fundamentally hinder or prevent the performance of obligations of the respective Party arising from the Agreement, and which the respective Party could not have foreseen or prevented or overcome by acting with due diligence. In the event of force majeure, the Party affected by the force majeure must immediately inform the other Party of the occurrence of force majeure. If, due to force majeure, the provision of services is impossible, the Party affected by the force majeure may withdraw from the agreement with immediate effect.
• The hotel may also withdraw from the agreement with immediate effect in the event of:
  1. the occurrence of other circumstances for which the hotel is not responsible, which prevent the performance of the Agreement or prevent the proper performance of the agreement,
  2. the inability to guarantee appropriate accommodation or facilities for organizing an event due to other occurrences affecting the hotel.
