CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

• If it is agreed that the Guest has the right to withdraw from the contract within a specified period without incurring any costs (according to the offer selected by him), the right to withdraw also applies to the establishment within the same period.
• The Guest and the establishment (hereinafter also referred to as the parties) are not responsible for damage, non-performance, or improper performance of the service if such non-performance or improper performance is the result of a force majeure event. Force majeure means an event or combination of events or circumstances beyond the parties' control that fundamentally hinders or prevents the performance of obligations of a given party resulting from the contract, and which that party could not have predicted, prevented, or overcome through actions taken with due diligence. In case of force majeure, the party affected by the force majeure event is obliged to promptly inform the other party of the occurrence of the force majeure. If, due to force majeure, the performance of services is impossible, the party affected by the force majeure may withdraw from the contract with immediate effect.
• The hotel may also withdraw from the contract with immediate effect in the event of:
  1. the occurrence of other circumstances for which the hotel is not responsible and which prevent the execution of the contract or make the proper execution of the contract impossible,
  2. the inability to guarantee appropriate accommodation or facilities for organizing an event due to other events concerning the hotel.
