CANCELLATION POLICY
- If it is agreed that the Guest has the right to withdraw from the contract within a specific period without bearing costs (according to the offer selected by them), the facility also has the right to withdraw within the same period.
- The Guest and the facility (hereinafter referred to as the parties) are not liable for damage, non-performance, or improper performance of the service if such non-performance or improper performance is due to force majeure. Force majeure means an event or combination of events or circumstances independent of the Parties that fundamentally hinder or prevent the fulfillment of obligations under the Agreement, which the Party could neither foresee nor prevent or overcome despite due diligence. In case of force majeure, the affected Party shall immediately inform the other Party. If services cannot be performed due to force majeure, the affected Party may withdraw from the contract with immediate effect.
- The hotel may also withdraw from the contract with immediate effect in the event of:
- other circumstances beyond the hotel's control preventing execution or proper execution of the contract,
- lack of possibility to guarantee adequate accommodation or venue facilities due to other events concerning the hotel.
