CANCELLATION POLICY
- If it is agreed that the Guest has the right to withdraw from the contract within a specified period without costs (according to the selected offer), the facility also has the right to withdraw within the same period.
- The Guest and the facility (referred to hereafter as the parties) are not liable for damage, non-performance, or improper performance of the service if this is due to a force majeure event. Force majeure means an event or combination of events or circumstances beyond the control of the parties, which significantly hinders or prevents the fulfillment of obligations under the Agreement, and which could not be foreseen or overcome with due diligence. Upon occurrence of force majeure, the affected party must immediately inform the other party. If force majeure makes service delivery impossible, the affected party may terminate the agreement immediately.
- The hotel may also terminate the agreement immediately in case of:
- other circumstances beyond the hotel's control that prevent or hinder proper contract performance,
- inability to guarantee proper accommodation or event facilities due to other hotel-related occurrences.
