CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS

• If it is agreed that the Guest has the right to withdraw from the contract within a specified period, without incurring any costs (in accordance with the offer selected by them), the right of withdrawal also applies to the property within the same timeframe.
• Neither the Guest nor the property (hereinafter also referred to as the Parties) is responsible for damage, failure to perform, or improper performance of the service, if such failure to perform or improper performance is the result of force majeure. Force majeure means an event or a combination of events or circumstances independent of the Parties, which essentially impede or make it impossible for a Party to perform its obligations arising from the Agreement, and which that Party could not have foreseen or prevented or overcome by exercising due care. In the event of force majeure, the Party affected by it must promptly inform the other Party about the occurrence of force majeure. If, due to force majeure, the performance of services is impossible, the Party affected by force majeure may withdraw from the contract with immediate effect.
• The hotel may also withdraw from the contract with immediate effect in the event of:
  1. the occurrence of other circumstances for which the hotel is not responsible, and which prevent the execution of the Agreement or prevent proper performance of the agreement,
  2. an inability to guarantee suitable accommodation or facilities for organizing an event due to other events relating to the hotel.
