CANCELLATION POLICY

If it is agreed that the guest has the right to withdraw from the contract within a specified period without bearing any costs (according to the offer chosen), the right to withdraw applies also to the facility within the same period.
The guest and the facility (hereinafter referred to as the parties) are not responsible for damages, non-performance or improper performance of the service if such non-performance or improper performance results from a force majeure event. Force majeure means an event or combination of events or circumstances beyond the control of the parties that substantially impede or make it impossible to fulfill obligations under the agreement, which could not have been foreseen or prevented by exercising due diligence. In case of force majeure, the affected party must immediately inform the other party. If service provision is impossible due to force majeure, the affected party may terminate the contract with immediate effect.
The hotel may also terminate the contract with immediate effect in case of:
1. other circumstances for which the hotel is not responsible that prevent or hinder proper performance of the agreement,
2. the inability to guarantee appropriate accommodation or event facilities due to other hotel-related events.
