CANCELLATION POLICY
- If it is agreed that the Guest has the right to withdraw from the contract within a specified period without costs (according to the offer chosen by the guest), the facility also has the right to withdraw within the same period.
- The Guest and the facility (also referred to as the Parties) are not liable for damages, non-performance, or improper performance of the service if this non-performance or improper performance is due to a force majeure event. Force majeure means an event or combination of events or circumstances beyond the control of the Parties that substantially complicate or make it impossible to perform the obligations under the contract, which the Party could not foresee or prevent or overcome through due diligence. In the event of force majeure, the affected Party shall promptly inform the other Party. If due to force majeure service fulfillment is impossible, the affected Party may terminate the contract with immediate effect.
- The hotel may also terminate the contract with immediate effect in case of:
- other circumstances for which the hotel is not responsible and which prevent or hinder contract performance,
- the inability to guarantee appropriate accommodation or facilities for event organization due to other events concerning the hotel.
