CANCELLATION POLICY
- If it is agreed that the Guest has the right to withdraw from the contract within a specified period without incurring costs (according to the offer selected by them), this right to withdraw also applies to the facility within the same period.
- The Guest and the facility (both called parties) are not liable for damages, non-performance, or improper performance of the service if such non-performance or improper performance results from force majeure. Force majeure means an event or combination of events or circumstances beyond the control of Parties that essentially hinder or make it impossible to fulfill obligations arising from the Agreement, which the Party could not foresee or prevent or overcome with due diligence. In case of force majeure, the affected Party must immediately inform the other Party about the occurrence. If the service implementation is impossible due to force majeure, the affected Party may withdraw from the contract with immediate effect.
- The hotel may also withdraw from the contract with immediate effect in case of:
- other circumstances beyond the hotel’s responsibility that prevent execution or proper execution of the Agreement,
- inability to guarantee suitable accommodation or event facilities due to other hotel-related incidents.
